According to a number of Supreme Court decisions, offering games of skill is a basic right under the Indian constitution; hence, skill games cannot be disallowed.
The High Courts of Karnataka and Calcutta have determined that law enforcement agencies cannot intervene with poker games. Various legal experts and jurists have concluded, based on this legal context, that internet poker is totally legal in India.
We comply with all applicable rules and regulations for skill-based online games. In addition, we shall cooperate with any court ruling, regulatory body, central or state government, or law enforcement agency that modifies our current legal standing.
